Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

My group enjoyed our short stay despite a few cleanliness issues in our cozy room. The beds were comfortable, and we appreciated the proximity to the subway. Explore nearby eateries for breakfast instead to avoid the hotel's offerings.

We loved exploring Hyde Park just a few minutes away! The outdoor activities were a hit with the kids, and the calm atmosphere made it easy for us to relax while enjoying a picnic with delicious snacks from local shops. We also appreciated the friendly staff during our stay.

My wife says that a mini-fridge in the room would really help keep our snacks fresh for the kids.

Couple getaway for some real time together

The thing that stood out was the lovely staff. They went out of their way to make my birthday special, even decorating our room with balloons when we returned. Plus, really enjoyed the comfortable bed after a long day.

One thing to note is that the room was a bit on the small side for my liking.

Had a fantastic time with my friends! We explored nearby Hyde Park for outdoor activities and found the best lunch spots with views and cocktails. The location is great for getting around, just keep in mind that you might need an Oyster card.

Room sizes are too small for comfort!!! Inconsistent cleaning services throughout stay, leading to disappointment!!! Lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room felt particularly inconvenient!!!

Breakfast was the same each day, but offered fresh pastries. The location is great, just a 10 min walk to Earls Court Tube station. The area felt safe even at night.
